The problem turned out to be the loco. The separation turnout is working
perfectly. I pulled up all 5 of the turnouts in Timberline and have replaced
them with jig built turnouts. They have been tested and the homasote has been
painted. I managed to get a color that was a perfect match for the dirt from
Durango. I have one turnout in the back that is causing some problems but other
than that the town is ready for ballast.
